SSLVPN Active X problems with IE 9 and 10

Seems it' s a bit hit and miss getting the tunnelmode to load properly in W7 running IE. When a user log into the webinterface often there is no option to download or run the installer from the users VPN web interface. If installed it doesnt register properly and will be gone after a restart. Any solution for this? (Tested on Windows 7 64 bit with latest updates)

Welcome to the forums. What is the level of firmware running on the FGT, and what model?

Thanks for the swift reply. The model in question is a Fortigate 60C running v5.0,build0128 (GA). Recently we also have problems with required compatibility mode for the tunnelmode to load for the clients who do have the activex installed and working.

I' ll defer this to the members who are running that code.

Did some testing on a FWF60C running v4.0,build0639,120906 (MR3 Patch 10) and the the login page wont load at all without compatibility mode in IE10.
