Hi, I have setup a SSL-VPN Portal with http/https bookmarks, one of this website which is for viewing/configuring building AC has popup when you click on a device to configure it. When passing via the ssl portal when we click on a device we have this error
Error The application is unable to service your request due to: [404 - a document missing at the specified URI] While attempting to access URI: [/_common/servlet/lvl5/logicPopup] someone has an idea ? it's working fine in local but not when passing through the ssl webportal thank in advance

When you're connected over SSL VPN, is the machine using the same DNS server when you're connected locally? I think the URI doesn't resolve with a public DNS.
The website is accesible no problem we can browse the main page but when we click on an AC machine it should open a popup window so we can change temperture value of the unit, the popup windows open with this error inside it. This website is internal
It's not a reachability issue to the popup's destination, rather it's a DNS issue. The DNS server, used when you are outside, doesn't usnderstand what "/_common/servlet/lvl5/logicPopup" is without your domain name.
Check "ipconfig /all" (if PC) to compare what your machine has when you're outside and inside.
I am currently working on a similar issue with Carrier iVu. Based on that access URI, it seems like the OP was also using Carrier iVU.
I will let community know what I find once the contractor gives me access to the web application. I suspect that having the pop-ups open in a new tab will be a temporary fix. However, I will let you know when i find the best solution.
