7.4.8 or after depending on your model.

Hello,

SSL VPN is still usable in 7.4 branch (so far). It is only completely removed from 7.6. branch.
Depending on your hardware model, certain low end devices have no support for SSL VPN as per the document previously sent by Toshi:

If you have a bigger device, you still have SSL VPN in 7.4 but I would strongly suggest starting to plan a migration to IPSEC.
