Hey, I have 10 users working remotely and connected through SSL VPN (FortiClient). After an upgrade of my corperate firewall, we realised that 2 of these users can access out network remotely but cant edit, save or execute any action of these files. I have checked the firewall and cant seem to find anything. The files are actually saved on a windows server system.
Was hoping someone can be of help?
Thanks in advance

So everyone can access the server but just 2 can't contribute?
Definitely not the Firewall issue, sounds like Windows issue - not server but the local machine. is offline files enabled? what happens when you run this on the machine with the user via powershell?
Get-NTFSAccess -Path \\server\share\folder
also what happens when you sign in as a another user and try to contribute on the machine with the issue?
