SSL VPN /message function

Hello everyone,

I am wondering if you can help me with my problem.
I found out that everyone can modify the title and msg parameters in the message function.
What is the intended usage scenario for this function and is there a way to disable it?

Where exactly are you seeing this?  Post login?  If this is the message I think it's for displaying a banner post-login.

I found this function on the same domain name as my login page. But i don`t know what purpose does it has.

You have SSL VPN enabled.  Do you wish to have this enabled?  If not, disable it.
