SSL VPN high Bandwith LAN card

Hi,

I have a Fortigate 200E and I configured a SSL VPN for the poeple work remotly in tunnel mode and off corse I configured the policy but the problem is after that I  noticed that the usage off the bandwidth LAN card is up from 45 M to 400 M and the CPU is in 100% and when i disabled the policy that allow users to connect from out to lan in ssl VPN the bandwith down immediately to normal 45M

In fortiview when the LAN card is in 400 M bandwidth i see that all the trafic from lan to internet passe through this policy
