SSL VPN connection to multiple gateway based on response time

Greetings!  Can anyone help me with this issue - can FortiClient connect to precise Fortigate (there are 2 of them) through SSL VPN basing on the response time of them? The problem is that as I looked though the FortiClient Admin Guide and found out that there is an option for IPsec called "ping-responsebased"(The VPN will connect to the FortiGate which responds the fastest. ) Is there any option doing the same on ssl vpn?
