SSL VPN User Page - Tunnel Mode section fails to connect

Good afternoon!  In the SSL VPN page that users land on after logging in, we've made Tunnel Mode available.  However, for at least some users, when clicking "Connect", nothing happens.  I've experienced this myself, and have had two users as well.  Mine was on Windows 8 with different browsers, and the most recent user has tried on Windows 7 with IE, Firefox, and Chrome.  Has anyone else experienced this?  Included is a screenshot of the page, though the problem itself doesn't produce a screenshot-able effect.
