SSL VPN Not connect once in different network

dear all 

kindly i am facing issues , 

after config SSL VPN on firewall 

currently already download forticlient app, put all setting correctly it's connected very will once i connect in my home wifi connection , once i switch to 4G connection not able to connect 

any advice thanks for all

Hello Friend,

Your question is not clear, you have two connections?

You was able to connect from wifi from home, and still able to connect?

I assume you are facing problem from other network, 4G, if you ping the public IP , is it reachable?
