Hi
We are using two factor authentication by email for SSLVPN.
We are experiencing the error messages "Permission Denied -455" on the Forticlient app in the first time we are trying to login.
We insert the password and the Token code and then get the error massage.
On the next time We are trying to login It work fine.
Any idea? I extend the two factor timeout.
Hi,
I have this exact issue too and just posted a question. Did you find any answers?
My experience is all users work fine except for 1 who gets this error but occasionally it works for them. Its not to do with the device as I can login fine on the same device. All users setup with 2FA tokens using the App
I just find out that two factor time out need to be config on two places:
# config system global
set two-factor-email-expiry <in s>
set remoteauthtimeout <1-300s>
I setup both to 120

Type ID Value as the domain name or IP address of the router. It should be the IP address or domain name which VPN clients use for their Server settings. Go to System Maintenance >> Access Control >> Access Control and select the local certificate created for Server Certificate, then click Apply to save.
