SSL VPN Automatic import of users from LDAP& Aoutomatic selection of sending token 2 email

Hello, 

I would like to set automatic import of users from LDAP & Aoutomatic selection of sending token by email

Also I would like to set that the token will be send to gmail and not company email, I would like to import the gmail email from some field of the user that registered on LDAP.

Any Idea?
