Please share the complete procedure for the SSL Offloading steps in 400E FortiWeb.

And also SSL Offloading in 400E will degrade the performance?

If your 400E was sized correctly for your web traffic, that requirement should be not a problem

On the contrary, if your 400E is already stressed, configure ssloffloading will be an extra load.
