SSL Error

I have big problem in fortigate 310b OS 5.0

All of https like facebook,gmail and yahoo account have error although SSL inspection open

And i need to update my firmware from 5.0 to 5.2

How can i do that?

Hi, just to clarify do you have SSL inspection enabled or disabled? Also can you attach a screenshot of the error for us please?

It is not clear what error you are getting so elaborate.

For upgrade you can upgrade to 5.2.2 directly if you are on 5.0.8 or later. If you running any version earlier than 5.0.8 then first upgrade to 5.0.8 and then upgrade to 5.2.2.
