SSL : Error:Permission denied

Hi all, i have a problem about SSL-VPN i set up SSL-VPN successful , i see login page https://ipwan:10443 but i can' t login at login page it' s show error message Error:Permission denied i make sure username and password is correct. Firewall Deatil Fortigate 50B v4.0,build0511,120110 (MR3 Patch 4) How to fix this problem ? Thank you

pls check your policy #5 wan1-->ssl.root it should be WAN1--->Internal for policy #9 put the dest add for internal and for policy #10 I think that one is not necessary pls try then post your config again sorry disable policy #5 and retain policy # 8
