SSID bridge getting wrong IP

I have a Forti AP setup with native mgmt VLAN and 3 allowed SSID VLANs in a fortiswitch

I have setup bridge to SSID with my Guest WIFI network

When I plug an ethernet cable into my Forti AP I receive the IP of the mgmt VLAN not the Guest SSID

Why?

How can I fix this please?

Thanks

Hello,

The SSID bridge assigning an incorrect IP address' can be due to DHCP snooping settings, VLAN configuration issues, DHCP pool exhaustion, or incorrect network configuration. Ensure proper settings on switches, verify VLAN and DHCP configurations, and consider network topology adjustments to resolve the issue.

Maybe this KB article could help you: Troubleshooting Tip: Wireless clients do not receive IP through DHCP from Bridged SSID

In Bridged SSIDs, if there is no RADIUS server or 'Optional VLAN ID' configured, the WiFi hosts will stay on the same network with the AP management.
