Hello Team,
Please i need an explanatory comment on this. since this morning i have been facing issue with SPF=SOFTFAIL in the sense that the mails were quarantine instead of delivery to the recipients inbox.And after checking the SPF record of the sender i found out SPF has been published on that domain.

Your AS profile detected that and applied the configured action
You don't have anything to 'fix' here, nothing is wrong; but you may interested in avoid quarantine emails from those domains or senders.
There're many ways to whitelist sender;
I.e.: a non disruptive one could be a cloned recipient policy with no SPF checks for those senders. Put this new policy above the one is catching this traffic
