SNMP Woes On FortiSwitch

I'm not sure if anyone has run into this problem before, or if this is something new. I am trying to use InterMapper do to layer 2 mapping of our network, and it works great an everything except FortiSwitches. It looks like Intermapper is using the IEEE 802 MIBs for LLDP with the OID 1.0.8802.1.1.2.1. Using that ODI with an SNMP walk on Cisco devices returns the lldp table, however the same is not true on the FortiSwitch, it just tells me no such objects are available on this agent at this OID. The fun bit is, the fortiswitch datasheet says it supports the IEEE 802 MIB for LLDP, However, if I do an SNMP walk on the entire device, I cannot find this data anywhere...or if it is there, I can't see it or its called something different. has anyone else experienced this type of thing? I know things are done a little different in the FortiWorld, so I wouldn't be surprised if this info is stored differently. I know I could just do the map by hand and it would be all fine, but I am lazy and one person doing like the job of 5 people, so I'd like things to be automatically done for me.
