SNMP Interface Description

Hello everybody I hope you are doing well 

we are having a problem in our company with every Forti Switch when a certain interface is shut down it sends the notification to Zabbix but the problem we are not getting the interface description ,keep in mind we are facing this problem in every Forti switch but i gave this one in case you need something
