SMTP mails blocked with attachment

I apply a Firewall Policy but I can´t detect exactly what parameter config is blocking the SMTP emails when it has attachments. Can you please give a tip where or how can solved this problem. Thanks

That should be in the AntiVirus / File Pattern.

d1rk, I diasabled all the options for File Pattern and I still have the problem, any idea??

In your protection profile / AV / what are you doing with oversize File/Email? You need to Pass.

Yes, the option Oversized File/Email is selected with Pass, to test I disabled the File Pattern option and nothing happens, I really check all the options and I can´t identify exactly what is blocking the attachments. Another idea where to check?? Thanks

Ar eyou seeing log entries saying the file has been blocked. If not, perhaps it is not the fortigate doing it at all. If you are able to do it, why not try to turn off the protection profile entire;y and see if things are still being lost.
