After upgrading Fortinet, all SSL requests are being blocked. I would like to know if there are any adjustments that need to be made to my firewall.

From which version to which version did you move?
Do you mean Web Filter is affected? Do you see any error message or security/traffic log?

The fix is a CLI change to your SSL/SSH Security Profile. However this change cannot be made to the default SSL/SSH profile if you are using it. If you're using the default, clone it and just make the set cert-probe-failure allow change then apply it to your policies.
