SIP Headers Change

Session Border Controller to Fortinet to Internet Connection (far end SBC).

1) OPTIONS leave SBC with all headers hiding behind the public ip which is the NAT for the private ip.

2) OPTIONS leaving the Fortinet to internet public IP is replaced with private IP for the following:

"Req-Line"

"From"

"Contact"

"Via"

I have only provided my public IP (NAT) to the far end but they respond using the above private IP's.

I am told there is "no-SIP policy applied on the Fortinet".

What would be changing these values?
