SDWAN and Inter-vlan routing
Hello ,
I have a Fortigate 100F v7.0.12. On the firewall I have set up Vlans with Intervlan routing and it works quite well. Now we have 2 internet lines and want to set up SDWan. Is there a problem with the Intervaln routing afterwards or does the SDWan know about the Intervaln routing. Is there anything that needs to be set here?
Thanks

In SDWAN you create a virtual link / Interface using other required interfaces as members. SDWAN chooses the best interface based on SDWAN rules that you create.

Hello,
I think you misunderstand me. I have 4 Vlans A,B,C,D and 2 Internet lines X,Y. The Vlans are routed among each other. Inter-Vlan Routing. A >b C>D
In the sdwan rule it says Source A Destination All, Outgoing Interface X or Y.
My question is what happens to my rule A to B? Inter-Vlan Routing will work?
Because my Polocy says A to B and in sdwan rule it says A to All with outgoint interface X.
Will Inter-Vlan Routing still work? The source that sent it to me does not talk about it.
Regards

@Fortilorz : Thanks for more clarity on the requirement.
In Fortigate route preference is order is
1> Policy Route 2> SDWAN Rules 3> Routing Table.
So in your case traffic may not work as the SDWAN route will send the traffic based on the SDWAN rules.
you can use the command "diag firewall proute list" to see the routing rules.

Hello
Thank you for the answer.
If I correctly understand, sdwan wouldn't work for me, unfortunate.
Great feature but doesn't bring us!

It will work. .. But you need to have more specific routes for intervlan in the routing table.

Hello
ok good!
Do you have any examples, references or Links that could help me?
Because I don't know which specific routes for intervlan in the routing table I additionally needed.
Thanks and Regards
