SDWAN SLA Question
Suppose the jitter and latency is in the red but the packet loss is 0,
under what circumstances will the firewall declare the link down and remove static route from the routing table?
I configured the SLA by the way.
My users are video streaming and the latency and jitter of wan 1 and wan 2 is high, although the packet loss is 0.
Will the links be declared dead?

Hello @BusinessUser ,
You can refer to the below links by default the performance parameters are set as below article
https://docs.fortinet.com/document/fortigate/6.2.15/cookbook/382233/performance-sla-sla-targets
but you can adjust them as suggested by @funkylicious using sla parameters you choose.
Technical Tip: SD-WAN Best Quality (SLA) Customize... - Fortinet Community
-There will be different parameters you can choose under sd-wan rules
Manual, Best quality, SLA, maximum SLA each one has a different mechanism. Most customers would prefer the automatic SLA process by best quality as it updates the routing table based on WAN interface availability.

Hello,
This totally depends on how have you configured the SLA targets in the Performance SLA section. Also, it depends on which Interface Selection Strategy (especially when using COST) you are using in SDWAN rule. The settings are very much granular.
You may have to set up a lab and test out on how the SLA Thresholds and Intf. selection Strategy helps your case.
Thanks
