SD-WAN Configuration + Static Routes + VPN IPSec

Hello, I'm trying to configure a SD-WAN in my Fortigate and I need some help with the rules configurations. Also I'm trying to configure the IPSec Tunnel with both interfaces, but I want to use only one active and the other tunnel IPSec will be activated under failover. I'm not using dynamic routing. Until now, I cauldn't be able to get this working. Thanks in advance,
