1, What is the context? What SAML login are we talking about? FortiClient -> FortiGate SSL-VPN? Or something else?

2, This question has strong Problem XY vibes. Can you tell us what exactly are you trying to achieve by doing this and why? Knowing the real reasons often leads to better answers.
