Row log backup error " command failed. Error code -1 "

hi,

I am trying to take row log backup of my primary Fortigate log disk. Fortigate failed to backup vdom root.

Connect to ftp server 1x.xx.xx.x ... Error: Sending log file /var/log/root/wlog.xxxx to ftp server via vdom root failed. Command fail. Return code -1

Kindly help me.. Why this is happning.?

Can you post the output for failed log type? 

exe log filter device disk

exe log list xxx (xxx is the log type)

exe backup disk log ftp x.x.x.x user pass xxx 

Here is what I got on 6.2.0

it is interesting. there is no tlog.65289 under exe log list 0.  Could you list "fnsysctl ls -al /var/log/root/tlog*"
