Route base on Country

Hi all,

I am wondering is that a way to make the route base on the country of destination IP.  As one of my Fortigate sit in China office. 

WAN 1: Internet 

Port 8: MPLS to Hong Kong office

e.g.

When a destination IP is outside China, it take the port 8 for route. 

When a destination IP is inside China, it take WAN 1.

Is that possible to make the setting on Fortigate? Thanks!
