Resolved fail

Hi All,

Can anyone please help explained what is mean by Resolved "Fail" in smtp log.

fortimail version 7.4.0 and can connect to the internet and resolve dns. Please give advice. Thank you very much for your help.

This is expected behavior for private IP addresses (rDNS lookup).
