Hello Guys,
I am facing a big problem with our Fortigate 60F. I cannot access it. When I plug in the console cable, I cannot access the interface. Also, when I plug an Ethernet cable directly into my laptop, I still cannot access the Fortigate interface. The lights do not light up. I tried resetting it using the button, but nothing happens.
I appreciate your assistance.

Hi Xook
If you want to do a factory reset then follow this procedure:
Also you need a console cable and a tool to access the console terminal, like putty (serial 9600).
If this doesn't help then you should open a ticket fore hardware replacement.
Hi @xook ,
You may follow the guide below to access the device via console.
https://community.fortinet.com/t5/FortiGate/Technical-Tip-How-to-connect-to-the-FortiGate-console-po...
Try to reboot the device and check the logs from console access.
If there is no response from console / serial port and you still have valid license and subscription, I suggest to create a technical ticket to further check the issue and possibly request for RMA.
Hi xook,
Did you keep the button pressed before the 30 seconds after you connected the FGT to power?
It seems you've covered most troubleshooting steps for your Fortigate 60F. If the console and Ethernet access methods aren't working, a factory reset might be necessary. My friend recommended https://domypaper.com when I was struggling with my coursework. The service was outstanding. The writer followed all my instructions and delivered a high-quality paper that earned me a top grade. I will definitely use this service again.
