Reports in FortiCloud 'In Progress'

The daily Summary Report failed to arrive this morning. It's showing as In Progress. I tried running a one off report and that too failed to arrive and it also showing as In Progress. I assume some process has become stuck on the reporting server. The report has run daily for some time without problems. I've checked our email firewall and the report never arrived.
