Replacement Message to Default

Hi! Good day to all! Is there another way to restore the Replacement Messages on our Fortigate 300C to default? For some reason even if I click on Restore Default button then save, it still reverts back to the one that I made. Thanks in advance! Blessings to all!

Which firmware you running? It could be browser related, I would try a different browser to see if that makes a difference. I' ve tested in 5.2 and it reverted back fine.

The firewall is using v5.0, and i did try a couple of browsers to check if that is where the problem is. With no avail. I even tried to set it to default on the command line but still a no go. I have already created a ticket for Fortinet Support to take a look at it.

If you' re curious or if support doesn' t appear to take direction, try the following: 1. Open ssh session 2. type: diag deb cli 8 diag deb en 3. Recreate the issue in gui 4. check putty session for any errors
