Renaming/Modifying Auto-Backup Config File

We are having issues with the file name(length) in our FTP server is there a way to rename or modify the config file so that we can enable auto-backups. Thank you.

When we are performing the backup, fortigate will download the backup as hostname+firmware version+build_number+timestamp.

So, we can rename the Hostname and can make the config backup filename shorter.

Thank you for the insight and potential solution. Unfortunately, renaming the Hostname is not going to be an option in our case. However, thank you very much for responding to my question and offering your advice.
