Rename a VDOM

Hi guys, we are trying to rename a VDOM without deleting it and creating it again. Can this be done? i have checked the GUI and some CLI but unsure of the exact command. We have a few Fortigate 100D on v5.4.1.

I've got no access to a v5.4 FGT but in the CLI, if you are at the "edit" prompt, instead of typing "edit" type a "?". If one of the available commands is "rename" you're lucky. Syntax is "rename <oldname> to <newname>".

hi, i did try that but nothing there unfortunately.

Thats all i get and nothing in the config that i can see either

OK, if that is the case there's one easy procedure (albeit, it needs a reboot): back up the config, change it in a text editor, restore.
