Removal of invalid quarantine accounts issues

Hi. We have this problem: in our domain settings, we selected " Automatic removal of invalid quarantine accounts" but it seems that nothing changed nor happened at the defaul time (4:00 AM, based on the admin guide). We tried both " Use LDAP Server" and " Use SMTP server" , modifying also the backend-verify setting (to see in " real time" if something happens, since the log has no trace of this job). For the LDAP profile, we prepared a profile with only the " User Query Options" , that is working correctly if tested with the " Test LDAP query" option. Just to complete the description, our mail server is a Lotus domino and the Fortimail 100C has a firmware v4.0, build0103. Any help??? Regards
