Hello,
We have an FGT 80D which was in FortiOS version 6.0.2, and been upgraded to version 6.2.0. After that, we noticed a problem in the remote user access through IPsec Tunnel, where access to the corporate network worked fine before upgrade, but now, it is not working correctly.
The FortiClient, says it is connected, but there is no ping or network share access.
I would like to know, what we can do to correct this situation.

Hey, jumping on this bandwagon as I got the same issue. New installation using a 60e and with the forticlient i can connect to the VPN but unable to access the resources on the LAN - got a Support call open but my god that is taking ages in itself!!
