Relation between Static URL Filer and Unrated URL Category

Hi ,

We have configured IP Based (eg : 100.100.100.100/login ) in the Static URL filer and set to allow .But We noticed when users access the URL getting unrated setting i.e warning message .When I set unrated "Block" getting web filter Block message .

Any idea what could be the issue.

If you don't "Exempt" at Static URL filter, the FGT won't skip the category filtering. That's the difference between "Allow" and "Exempt" in URL filter action.
