Registration issues
i have about 200+ fortigate 60c' s that have registration issues. all of my devices have been regitered on support.fortinet.com but once i get a 60C configured with the WAN and a firewall setting thats open it still shows unregistered, once i try to register it on the GUI and it still wouldnt work. my main concern is will this affect my device in any way?
Currently some of my fortigates lock up. no random cause that i can tell. i am trying to pin point if the registration has something to do with it.
any advice helps.
Thanks

Are you sure the DNS settings are correct? No DNS = no resolution for the Fortinet servers.

From one of your devices (that' s failing), show the output of the command
fortigate $ show full-config sys fortiguardas in:
fortigate $ show full-config sys fortiguard config system fortiguard set hostname " service.fortiguard.net" set srv-ovrd disable set port 53 set client-override-status disable set service-account-id ' ' set load-balance-servers 1 set analysis-service enable set antispam-force-off disable set antispam-cache disable set antispam-cache-ttl 3600 set antispam-cache-mpercent 2 set antispam-timeout 7 set avquery-force-off disable set avquery-cache disable set avquery-cache-ttl 1800 set avquery-cache-mpercent 2 set avquery-timeout 7 set webfilter-force-off disable set webfilter-cache enable set webfilter-cache-ttl 360 set webfilter-timeout 15 set antispam-score-threshold 80 end fortigate $
