Registration issues

i have about 200+ fortigate 60c' s that have registration issues. all of my devices have been regitered on support.fortinet.com but once i get a 60C configured with the WAN and a firewall setting thats open it still shows unregistered, once i try to register it on the GUI and it still wouldnt work. my main concern is will this affect my device in any way? Currently some of my fortigates lock up. no random cause that i can tell. i am trying to pin point if the registration has something to do with it. any advice helps. Thanks

Are you sure the DNS settings are correct? No DNS = no resolution for the Fortinet servers.
