Registering new device problem

Hi,

what should be the order to register new fortigate device, because first on forticloud my assets page I entered serial, contract number etc and registered device, then setting up new router, but router shows:

Forticare Support - Not Registered
Firmware & General Updates - Not licensed.

When I try manually login to Forticare from this router, then I have information that "this serial number is already registered". How to fix this?

if you successfully registered the correct serial number and uploaded the right SKU/license, Fortinet devices such as FortiGate must have internet access to query its license from FortiGuard Servers

yes, device has full internet access.
