Register new hardware to fortinet support

Recently we added a new fortinet device to our fortinet support account, but why does it shows only the trial license of 90 days ?

Warranty Support Start Event - Initial Registration of SN at support.fortinet.com

Is there any thing else we need to do to fully register the new hardware.

Dear Customer,

New devices come with standard warranty of 90days and 1 year hardware coverage 

However Please check if you have purchased a contract code along with it, if so it needs to be registered.

You can contact the customer service team if you have any doubts related to this and they will be addressed.

Have you registered the respective device in the support portal as well? Please refer to the following document to register your new hardware to Fortinet Support:
