Regarding the issue of not being able to connect to the console of FortiGate 60F using tera term

I can no longer connect to the console of my FortiGate 60F.

Does anyone know how to solve this?

I am trying to access the console with teraterm. When I start up fortigate, I can access the console, but after a while, pressing Enter does not respond.

I believe there is no physical problem because I can connect to the console of devices other than fortigate using the same cable and PC.

The firmware I am using is FGT60F-7.4.5-FW-build2702-240916.

What are the last lines you see on the console output, does the FGT normally boot and is it functional?

Thank you for your reply.

The last thing that is output to the console screen is "hostname#".

I have set the idle timeout to 30 minutes, and when the idle timeout expires, I think "login:" is normally output. The device is working properly.

You can verify from the configuration if console access is disabled, or if the baud rate configuration is changed.

thank you for your reply. Console access is enabled. Also, the baud rate remains at the default of 9600. Is there any other possible cause?
You can access the console normally only at startup, and after a while it no longer responds even if you press the enter key.
