Redundant Internet Routing 600C

So we have two Internet circuits, a main 100MB we use for all internet traffic and we have a backup DSL 10MB circuit we use for testing. We are thinking of expanding that 10MB and use it as a true backup circuit. In the Fortinet how do you setup a redundant route? So if all my outgoing policies point at the WAN1 main circuit, is there a way to configure the Fortinet to route out another interface (WAN2) if the main one is down?

At its very basic:

Setup policies to allow traffic out both internet circuits.

Setup static routes for all traffic out the default gateway of each Internet WAN port and specify a bigger distance for WAN2 in the route.

Then - WAN1 is always the default route to the internet.  If WAN1 fails, WAN2 becomes the default internet route.

There's more fancy ways to do this, of course, but the above covers most of it.
