Hi! I've an FortiWifi 60D here and 2 Accesspoints. Sometimes Clients (Firestick or a Wifi-Cam) connect to the "wrong" Accesspoint with lower signal which then leads to performance problems. I do not know why they do not choose the other and stronger Channel after a time.
Is there a possibility to disconnect the clients from the Accesspoints so the Devices have to login again and/or choose the better Access Point? Thanks, Wolfi

I don't think the AP side has much control how/which AP those clients choose to connect to. What I would do is setting up different SSIDs per AP with different PSKs, then program those non-mobile devices to use a specific SSID(AP) for the best performance.
