Recently we transfer one of our remote fortigate forticloud account to a common login credential.
After which the FortiManager icon is now showing red.
Is there any wrong with the setup as i can see the firewall in forticloud.

If you are using FortiOS 6.4.x, it would be normal to see the icon as red:
The icon color would not indicate the connection status. Please run the following command to check if the connection is up and running:
diag fdsm central-mgmt-status
If you are seeing the following result, then you are connected and registered, hence, FortiGate would be having no issue managed by FMG Cloud:
Connection status: Up
Registration status: Registered
my status is showing unknown.
Connection status: Down
Registration status: unknown

Can you advise what is the version of FortiGate that you are using? Nonetheless, have you authorized the device in FMG Cloud?
