Recommended FOS release tech tip update

Is this tech tip up to date? It says recommended FOS release is still 7.0.14, while 7.0.15 is here since a week and 7.2 is mature since two months.

The KB is updated on a quarterly basis and various teams are working through reviewing the new releases to update the Q2 recommendation. It typically takes some time as we look at multiple criteria in order to deliver the recommendation and we appreciate your patience.
