Receiving Emails from IPs already listed in black list

Hi everyone,

dialy received too much spam emails from my ID to my ID with different IP

Ex:

from: ID@domain.com

to :   ID@domain.com

subject:SpamImage9820125721698.pdf

If this email is not spam, click here to submit the signatures to FortiGuard - AntiSpam Service.

Sent from my Sony Xperia™ smartphone

please advise me to stop this emails

please check Email filter setting and tell me what is wrong?

Is the traffic going through the fortigate, does it hit a policy and has the policy that is hit, the (correct) e-mail filter profile applied?

i have selected Discard instead of Tag , now spam email rejected.

After this step, spam has prevented well, but also prevent some of the areas of confidence

What must be done to avoid this problem?
