By mistake i disable Dhcp of fortigate. now i can't connect with my Fortigate device. so i want to reboot the device. so what should i do.
hi,
depends on whether you have physical access to it or not.
If you have, then connect via serial port (Console) and you're good.
Alternatively, if the only obstacle is that your host doesn't get an IP assigned then assign it a static IP address. Actually, I don't see the problem here really. Maybe you can clarify further.
If you're remote...then rebooting won't help. Config changes are effective instantenuously, and a FGT is built to preserve the config on reboots (...of course).
Rebooting the device probably won't help, if you disabled DHCP. Use the (white) USB cable you got with your FortiGate to connect to it. Before connecting the cable, install FortiExplorer software on your laptop. Then you can have GUI access and configure your DHCP server again.

If you know what the IP address is and you are on the same subnet, just assign yourself an IP address on that subnet and get back into it.
