RTP Port changes in Service Provider SDP after SIP call negotiated on Fortigate 7.0.13 with SIP-ALG

Has anyone had to address this issue with Service Provider, was any configuration change required on the Fortigate ?

Hi Andrade_Narcis,

Could you please explain to me what is the change you are seeing related to RTP ports?

Do you mean that 'media' field in SDP packet coming from SIP provider is changed by SIP ALG?

Or after the call is initiated, you see a SIP re-Invite requesting to change RTP ports?
