RDP works after pinging the RDP server

Hi there, I have configured ipsec tunnel for remote vpn users. We are running 5.0.3 on 310B The vpn tunnel works fine but when we try to rdp the RDP server through the ipsec tunnel, it fails. Then when I ping the RDP server and rdp to the server, it works fine. We are using ip addresses and not host names. Thakns Anne

does RDP is enabled/allowed to your server? or pls take a look @ windows fw or av fw that blocks rdp session
