Hi,
We have migrated a customer to a Fortigate HA pair (ios 6.4) from Palo Alto.
The issue we have is that the RDP sessions are connecting and then dropping, the users are connecting through a site-to-site IPSEC VPN over there managed mpls network. If they connect directly to the hosted servers from outside the MPLS/ Fortigates they work fine.
Any help would be appreciated.
Ps they had no issues going through the Palo's
Thanks

Some possible problems:
- insufficient bandwidth
- DoS policy (if used) being triggered by the RDP traffic
- FSSO authentication (if used) problems after logging in the remote server
- offloading issue (disable NP offloading for a test on the policy allowing the traffic)
- traffic problems not related to the hosts (run a packet capture)
- not excluding the possibility of a bug
